President and CEO
Mr. Washington is a United States Air Force veteran with a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Sciences and a minor in Business Administration and is the founder of ATSI. He is a Software Engineer and lead architect in designing and implementing the IRS Account Management Systems (AMS) and the SME in implementing their Greenplum Big Data Solution. Software Engineering tasks includes:
- Authentication Framework providing enhanced capabilities for identity proofing and registering individuals using various IRS services via the Internet.
- Digital Identity Proofing Solution for Securing taxpayer data and to mitigate the evolving cybersecurity threat landscape.
- Electronic signatures used to capture taxpayer’s signed documents.
